How the Program Works
Apply & Match
Complete a short profile outlining your goals, specialty interests, and preferred communication style. Our matching algorithm pairs you with a compatible mentor.
Kickoff Session
Your first 60-minute session sets goals, establishes a meeting cadence, and creates a personalized development plan tailored to your business.
Monthly Meetings
Meet monthly via video call for structured coaching, deal reviews, supplier introductions, and accountability check-ins.
Graduate & Give Back
After six months, graduates are invited to become mentors themselves — paying the knowledge forward to the next generation of advisors.
